Dear Sir or Madam,
On behalf of the Dean’s Authorities of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz, and the Organizing Committee, we cordially invite you to participate in the International Scientific Conference entitled “Contemporary Health Threats as a Challenge for the Interprofessional Team.”
The conference has an interdisciplinary character and is addressed to researchers, academic teachers, healthcare practitioners, students, and all those interested in issues related to preventing health threats. The aim of the conference is to create an international platform for dialogue and scientific cooperation, as well as for the exchange of experience in the field of identification, assessment and prevention of health threats.
The conference will take place on 18 May 2026 in Nowy Sącz at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz, Kościuszki 2 Street.
The organizers intend to publish a post-conference monograph by the Scientific Publishing House of the University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz (80 points), which will include papers prepared by conference speakers and poster authors. Conference participants may receive educational credits in accordance with the legal regulations applicable to individual medical professions.
The conference participation fee is PLN 350 for both active and passive participants and PLN 150 for students. The fee covers a certificate of participation, coffee breaks, and lunch.
Participants who intend to deliver an oral presentation or participate in the poster session will be required to register the title of their contribution in the registration form. Submitted papers and presentations will be subject to review by members of the Scientific Committee. Detailed information regarding the conference programme, the conference registration form, and guidelines for authors of presentations and posters will be provided in the Second Announcement.
